Through the years, we’ve continuously used phone surveys to ask patients what kind of job we’re doing.  This information has always been critically important to us in order to make the right type of improvements in the care we deliver.  Beginning July 1st, we’re changing vendors and moving toward a mail/email survey for patient satisfaction information.

We’ve hired Press Ganey Associates to conduct the surveys.  The company has been a leader in performance improvement for more than 25 years.  Approximately 10,000 healthcare organizations worldwide have use Press Ganey to create to help them improve the overall health care experience. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of solutions to help clients operate efficiently, improve quality, increase market share and optimize reimbursement.
