Allison Hazy, MD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist at WMCC.
Dr. Hazy is a West Michigan native, earning her undergraduate degree in neuroscience, with a minor in Spanish, from Michigan State University. She received her medical degree from Central Michigan University College of Medicine.
For her transitional year internship and radiation oncology residency, Dr. Hazy headed to William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, where she served as chief radiation oncology resident. During training, she received the Excellence in Research Award from the Southeast Michigan Center for Medical Education for her dedication to research and academic excellence.
Dr. Hazy has authored and presented numerous peer-reviewed publications focused on breast, prostate, gynecologic, and head and neck cancers. She is a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology and the Society for Women in Radiation Oncology. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered cancer care and is excited to serve patients and families throughout Southwest Michigan.
