Stacy Ochsenrider is a board certified advanced practice provider in radiation oncology at WMCC.
Ochsenrider completed an Associate of Applied Science in nursing at Kellogg Community College in Battle Creek, MI. She worked as a registered nurse in cardiology and home care and hospice nursing for 14 years before completing a Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) degree at the University of Michigan in 2006. Ochsenrider then pursued graduate studies and, in 2009, achieved a Master of Science in nursing (MSN) at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, TN. She joined West Michigan Cancer Center in 2016.
Ochsenrider says she has always been driven by a passion to encourage and help others. ‘I love working closely with patients to help them to understand their condition and to equip them with the knowledge they need along their journey in cancer care.’ She considers it a true honor to be a part of the WMCC cancer care team and embraces the challenges oncology care brings. Ochsenrider strives to provide supportive, compassionate care and to make a difference in the lives of her patients during each encounter with them.
